We are committed to delivering a world-class experience with local know-how.What's in it for you?Get paid weekly, onsite parking, life insurance, discounted medical insurance, staff discount on retail products, and stable secure employment in a well-established and growing company!The role:Based in our Head Office located in Hornby, and reporting to the GM – Aftersales, you will be responsible for ensuring customers receive correct information with a high-quality service, manage Warranty Department budgets, ensure accurate processing of claims, and be accountable for financial outcomes.Responsibilities include:Tracking and reporting of warranty claims, management of warranty creditingBuilding positive partnerships with manufacturers and representativesProduction of technical reports on warranty issuesLiaise with customers and appointed dealers to manage warranty and CSA repairsActively seek to improve cost recovery from product manufacturersWe are ideally looking for:At least 3 years' experience working in a technical role within the Heavy Diesel or Automotive industryMust be able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersAble to work with high levels of pace and energyAbility to communicate and train others on the prescribed process to ensure successful outcomesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPositive and enthusiastic attitudeProven use of initiativeAbility to travel if/when requiredIt's people that keep our customers going.
