About the role: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will ensure the financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the companies construction projects through the following key responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports. Conduct cost analysis, risk management, and value engineering assessments. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers on contractual and procurement strategies. Prepare and manage tender documents and negotiate contracts. Oversee the financial aspects of contract administration and monitor project expenditures. Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate financial records. Resolve financial disputes and issues during the project lifecycle. Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project outcomes.
