The role of Warehouse Manager - Awatoto is a critical role based at the Awatoto site to keep the product moving in a timely and accurate manner.
The successful candidate needs to have experience in managing a similar environment and be familiar with the challenges facing a growing manufacturing and export business.
Examples of meeting continuous improvement goals will be beneficial.
This senior role reports to the Site Manager, and will have direct responsibility for 8 forklift operators including managing training, performance management and recruitment as required.
This is a full time permanent role based at our Super Kitchen site in Awatoto.
It's a hands on role, generally working Monday to Friday, although as our site runs 24/7, you will need to be flexible to ensure the smooth running of the site.

Key responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely order loading and container shipments, achieving DIFOT (Delivery in Full, On Time) Manage the Crown contract for Awatoto sites and Infolink asset monitoring Oversee weekly stocktakes and ensure inventory accuracy Lead the team with rostering, training, and development while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and environmental regulations.
