As they expand, they seek a passionate, customer-focused individual to join their team and enhance customer satisfaction. This role involves managing warehousing responsibilities, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in a clean and organised environment.
Main Responsibilities: Warehouse: Receive, pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately while maintaining detailed documentation.
Conduct regular stocktakes, manage inventory, and collaborate with transport companies for efficient delivery.
Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Report incidents, participate in safety training, and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Customer Service/Administration: Provide excellent customer service at all times, greeting customers and handling counter sales.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues to the sales team when necessary.
Update inventory software and assist with additional customer service tasks as required.
What you will need to be successful: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role with a valid counterbalance license.
Be physically fit.
Have motivation and be a self-starter.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
A proactive approach to problem-solving.
Knowledge of pumps, fans, electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration products is a plus, but not essential.
