Sales And Marketing Manager

Vmax Management Limited is a specialist in commercial property management and sales based in Auckland region. We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to help the business to achieve better.
The Sales and Marketing Manager will undertake the following duties (including but not limited to):
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company's services.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Supervise, provide support and training to other sales and marketing staff.
The position requires 40 hours per week with an annual salary of $66,000. Our office is located in New Market, Auckland Central.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A bachelor or above qualification in marketing or business.
Must have full working rights in NZ.
Be fluent in Chinese both verbally and in writing as we have a large base of Chinese speaking clients.
