We are looking for a versatile, organised, and friendly team player with proven clerical and administrative skills to join the team on Ward 11 at North Shore Hospital.
You will have excellent customer service skills coupled with a manaakitanga approach to this role.
You will be responsible for:

Maintenance of patient files and quality improvement on the ward.
Arranging and monitoring patient movements.
Communication and liaison with hospital staff, patients, and their family/whanau.

To qualify, you will have:

Excellent proven organisational and communication skills.
Customer service experience and ability to maintain a clean and tidy reception area.
Experience with ward stock orders in consultation with the Charge Nurse Manager, using FPIM Procurement.
A flexible and positive attitude with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative and clerical duties and reception support for the ward and Charge Nurse Manager.
Excellent computer literacy.
Experience in a health care setting and knowledge of iPMS is preferred, but training is available.
Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written.
Able to work within a multidisciplinary team and under time pressure to meet deadlines.
