Waitress / Waiter

Job duties and responsibilities –
·      
·        The purpose of the role is: efficient and friendly provision of table, room service and other operational duties
·        Well presented with excellent customer service and communication skills
·        Ensure guest's requirements are meet within a reasonable time frame
·        Positive attitude with a commitment to team excellence,
·        Acknowledge assist and farewell guests in a friendly, willing and courteous manner,
·        Ensure guest satisfaction by continuously maintaining hygiene & service standards in accordance with hotel policy.
·        Being conversant with local locations, services and tourist attractions
·        Handle all guest enquiries in an efficient, friendly, polite and professional manner
·        Maximize sale opportunities through suggestive selling and up-selling business offerings
·        Have knowledge of all products and packages offered by the hotel
·        Ensure all transactions are posted as they occur
·        Other reasonable delegated tasks

Min. 1 year experience in a similar role is required.
Wine matching experience

This is a role with a minimum of 30 hours per week. 
NOTE: 

Hospitality industry works 24x7 all days of the year; Rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, school holidays as per business demands.
