We operate two successful restaurants in the heart of Queenstown. Flame Bar & Grill, renowned for its high energy and exceptional ribs & steak, has been delivering unforgettable experiences to customers for over 16 years. It has a loyal following and a vibrant atmosphere. Sunfire, our newest restaurant, is an edgy and fast-paced dining experience focused on beautifully crafted food cooked over charcoal. Sunfire is quickly becoming the place to be for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

About the Role
We are looking for waitstaff, bartenders, and potentially Duty Managers. The right candidates will bring restaurant experience, preferably in a fast-paced full-service casual dining environment. You will be committed to staying in Queenstown for a minimum of 6 months.
