Waiter/Waitress

Greet and escort guests to their tables, delivering exceptional customer service.
Showcase menus, elaborate on dish features, respond to customer querires, and provide suggestions.
Record customer orders meticulously, ensuring accuracy.
Delever swift and professional service to guarantee an enjoyable dining experience.
Reset tables, replenish utensils, and uphold a tidy dining environment.
Address customer complaints and concer promptly, ensuring timely resolution.
Coodinate with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure precise orders and maintain service efficiency.
Manage bills, process payments, and issue invoices to customers.
Any other duties required by manager.
About you: At least one year of relevant experience, or  NZQF level 2 or 3 qualification or above qualification, and Physically fit with a clear criminal record
