Waikato Branch Manager - Residential BuildingThis role is for a Waikato Branch Manager to join the team at our client - Bennett Homes.Bennett Homes - Innovate | Develop | BuildBennett Homes operates from a Head Office in Tauranga and has branches in Invercargill & Matamata. Finally, the exciting part, all of those ideas come to fruition as the Bennett Homes team build a home to be proud of.The right Waikato Branch Manager will take pride in ensuring every client is guided through the process with all the support they need and as little stress as possible!About the roleThe Branch Manager role is the core operational management role for the Waikato. This role is responsible for all elements of leading the business, from Sales through to Project Management, Supplier Relationships and everything in between.As the business continues to grow the branch team will likely need to increase, in the meantime though, this role covers it all!The show home, and a number of sections are based in Matamata. You'll learn from your decision and be able to reflect on them in a non-defensive healthy way with the team.
