The company focuses on delivering products that meet stringent industry standards, ensuring safety and durability in construction projects.We are excited to announce an opportunity for the role of Waihi Frame & Truss Manager. This challenging and rewarding position requires a dynamic individual who can drive the profitability and operational performance of our frame and truss manufacturing operations. As we move into our new, purpose-built facility in the new year, we are looking for someone who can help us grow and thrive in this exciting new phase.This Role will be Working Monday to Friday (45 hours Per Week).Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the daily operations of the frame and truss manufacturing site.Ensure production schedules are met and products are manufactured to the highest quality standards.Lead, train, and motivate a team of production workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe workplace for all employees.Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring materials are available for production needs.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.Resolve any operational issues that may arise, ensuring minimal disruption to production.Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and employee performance.Key Requirements:Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the frame and truss or construction industry.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organisational and time management abilities.In-depth knowledge of frame and truss manufacturing processes and safety standards.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in using relevant software and tools.We offer the successful applicant:A stable positive team environment.A competitive remuneration package.Excellent support and training.Staff perks such as Birthday Day-Off, Trauma Insurance, Bonus Scheme.Generous staff purchasing facilities.Company car and phone.We are committed to ensuring that our team arrives home safe every day, so we require all successful candidates to complete a pre-employment drug & alcohol screen.Due to the fast-paced nature of our recruitment team, our vacancy close dates may be subject to change.
