The service is often used by older people, by people who are too unwell to drive a vehicle, and those who cannot access other transport options.As a Team Leader, you will lead your volunteers to provide a safe and efficient service for clients. You will:Provide leadership, direction, mentoring, and support to your direct team of volunteersOversee the recruitment and retention of your team, including organising activities to attract, induct, and support new and existing membersCoordinate team resources, service and maintenance requests, as well as maintain appropriate rostersPlease note, this is a voluntary position.QualificationsThis role is flexible and can work around your availability, ideally you will be able to commit at least 2-3 hours per week.
