We are currently inviting applications for a Property and Maintenance Manager to assist in providing an unforgettable premium living experience to all residents. This is a part-time role working 2.5 days per week including weekends.
The position forms part of the facility's maintenance team and is responsible for ensuring that all buildings, plant, and non-medical equipment are maintained to acceptable standards and consistently meets all compliance requirements.
As a Property and Maintenance Manager, it is necessary you have: Previous trade-based experience Excellent customer relationship and people management skills Knowledge of Building Code and compliance requirements Disciplined approach to managing performance against compliance standards Effective time management skills Proven oral and written communication skills Holds a current clean driver's license Proven ability to manage and work within set budget Recent experience of supervising contractors You will be responsible for: Understanding Oceania Group Strategic Plans and assisting the General Manager to achieve the facility specific work programmes. Ensuring that all building plant and non-medical equipment meets compliance, regulatory and legislative requirements. Developing, implementing, and monitoring facility specific maintenance schedules. Ensuring all facility, plant and property is well maintained and meets organisational, legislative and customer requirements. Providing an environment that promotes resident safety, independence, quality of life and good health. Maintaining general cleanliness of the public areas in conjunction with residents and monthly cleaner. Demonstrating a true passion to believe in better.
