Tui Allied Health is seeking an experienced vocational counsellor or careers practitioner with vocational rehabilitation experience to join our team in Te Rapa, Hamilton.  We offer a competitive base salary, flexible work hours, and opportunities for professional development and leadership roles. Full-time or part-time positions available.Employee or contractor option.On site or remote work.Flexible hours.Remuneration: $60,000 - $85,000 pro-rata.Regular in-service and professional development.About Us: We are a new initiative based in Te Rapa, Hamilton, aiming to provide holistic rehabilitation through collaboration with existing Tui Medical facilities.Our team includes skilled musculoskeletal physiotherapists and occupational therapists who work with Rongoa Maori and Acupuncture practitioners to deliver comprehensive care.We are committed to a culturally responsive approach that addresses the holistic needs of diverse populations.Our facilities feature a gym, with ongoing expansion plans, and we serve a broad community across the Waikato region.What we are looking for: An experienced, enthusiastic vocational counsellor or careers practitioner with a strong background in vocational rehabilitation.Ability to provide expert career guidance and support to individuals at various stages, including students, job seekers, and professionals.The vocational counsellor must have an active RCAA membership.The careers practitioner must have an active CDANZ Registration.A positive attitude and a willingness to grow professionally within a culturally responsive practice that supports Te Tiriti o Waitangi.A friendly, client-centred approach and passion for helping people achieve their career goals.What we offer: Flexible scheduling options with both full-time and part-time availability.A supportive, whanau-friendly work environment.A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including funding for professional development and leadership opportunities.Monthly in-service training and regular whakawhanaungatanga events.Modern clinic and gym facilities that are continually expanding, with potential for future leadership roles within our dynamic team.If this resonates with you, then we would love to hear from you.
