The Role

Deliver high level of customer service when working on the shop floor, fitting room and/or cashier desk
Monitor daily product replenishment and maintain a high level of image standards in store
Analyse sales rankings to promote the correct merchandise
Create, propose and execute commercial floor changes based on sales analysis and current trends
Greet and interact with all customers and provide assistance as required
Conduct competitor analysis and product feedback
Support the other store functions as required

About You

1 or more years Visual Merchandising experience within the retail industry OR a Visual Merchandising qualification
Appreciation for fashion & product
Passionate about customer service
Ability to problem solve and think on your feet in a busy environment
Positive can-do attitude and ability to work as a team
Desire professional growth and inspire the same for your team
Availability to work 40 hours per week and commit to a set roster that includes a mix of weekdays & weekends
