Senior Chef De Partie

Rainforest Malaysian Kitchen is looking for a Senior CDP to join our small kitchen team.
1 x Full time position - approx. 35 - 45 hours a week (5 days).
Job Involves: Commercial wok cooking (very high heat), food prepping, pans (burner hobs), deep frying, hot-plate, cleaning & maintenance of section/kitchen, Food Control Plan.

Minimum Requirements: Experience in a NZ commercial kitchen = MUST HAVE
Experience in commercial wok station/cooking = MUST HAVE
Experience in Malaysian cuisine = Advantageous
