Build and develop solid relationships with SkyCity's premier Gaming Machine customers Assist customers with any booking requests i.e Restaurants, Hotels, travel Promote marketing events & activities Ensure our customers are gaming responsibly by proactively monitoring all guests and acting on continuous play/stay alerts and reports. Would you make a good Host? Are you; A friendly and outgoing person who knows how to go the extra mile A strong verbal communicator who is comfortable approaching people & making conversation Sensitive and empathetic to others' needs Someone who has pride in their appearance with a professional image Over 20 years of age with a good credit history Available to work a range of shifts, particularly over nights & weekends on our 24/7 rotating roster Someone who has a proven track record in customer facing roles French speaking is advantageous for this role What are the perks?
