Come and join us for Vintage 2025! We are now looking for Harvest Assistants to join our Technical team over 2025 Harvest in beautiful Marlborough.

You will be working to provide our Viticulture Department with accurate and timely assistance, in accordance with our standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Start date: November 2024

Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting the grower liaison with contract vineyards intake of fruit. Assisting the technical team with corporate vineyard sampling and data collection. Assisting in the intake of the fruit, bridging the gap between Vineyard and Winery. What you will bring: Extended vintage hours will be required for the vintage period, which is usually a 6-8 week period.

We are looking for someone who is friendly and outgoing and works well in a close team environment.

Some harvest experience is desirable but not essential.

You will be computer literate (bonus if you love technology). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required, with the ability to produce consistent and accurate results in an organized manner.

A current full NZ driver's licence is required. Opportunities exist to work on Viticulture specific tasks for the right candidate; however, training will be provided as required to upskill into this role.
