Are you a creative and experienced video content creator with a strong grasp of the latest web, mobile, and social video techniques? Then this is your chance to become MediaWorks' next Video Producer!MediaWorks is seeking two Video Producers to join our digital team, responsible for creating and editing engaging video content that brings our radio shows, podcasts, and brands to life.Apply now with your CV and examples of your fav content you have produced!What you'll do:Reporting to the Digital Video Director, you'll collaborate closely with radio and podcast hosts, producers, and the marketing and digital teams to produce high-quality, engaging video content for rova and social platforms.Key responsibilities include:Video Production: Cut and edit video content for a variety of shows and podcasts, ensuring high-quality final outputs that align with brand and audience expectations.Editing: Apply creative editing techniques to enhance storytelling and visual appeal in podcasts. Maintain a quick turnaround on post-production work, balancing deadlines and quality control.Studio Management: Oversee and manage studio bookings to maintain an efficient production schedule.rova Support: Ensure rova video studio setups meet the technical requirements for podcast video production, including equipment preparation and troubleshooting.Quality Control: Review and ensure the quality of all video outputs, including resolution, sound sync, and colour correctionIdeation: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new video content ideas and creative approaches for video podcasts and radio production.What you'll bring:You're an energetic, self-starting team player with strong organisational skills and a collaborative spirit.Proven Experience: 1 to 2 years of producing video content from ideation to final edit.Tech-Savvy Skills: Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, experience using cameras and other video production equipment, with an understanding of design and a keen eye for detail in both visual and audio storytelling.Creative Flair: Able to produce engaging content across a wide variety of brands/platforms, with a strong sense of brand aesthetics and narrative.Highly Organised: Able to manage multiple projects, studio bookings, and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.Awesome Approach: You are proactive with a high degree of initiative and a can-do, will-do attitude.
