You will be responsible for influencing the success of this venue & championing our values every day.In addition, you will:Lead the Heads of Departments and other hiring managers through recruitment, training, performance management and succession planning.Motivate the team in a positive and effective manner to ensure productivity and teamwork are always maintained at a high standard.Deliver FUN and memorable moments for our guests, through collaboration, communication, and a Guest-OBSESSED mindset.Lead our day-to-day venue operations through consistently delivering REMARKABLE guest experiences.Identify opportunities and make decisions to build revenue and boost the guest experience!Drive a positive working environment and lead by example!Who are you?This venue is the epitome of fun and excitement!
