Venue Experience Manager – Clarence Street Theatre Are you an event management or hospitality superstar who loves theatre and leading teams? We are on the hunt for a Venue Experience Manager for our busy 550 seat theatre in Hamilton. We are looking for someone to work closely with our General Manager as part of our leadership team, with a focus on excellence in our front of house operations and customer experience, and assisting behind the scenes in event management.
A key purpose of this role is to inspire and lead our other team members working in these areas. We have an amazing group of staff and volunteers, and we are looking for someone that will support them to be the best they can be and ensure everyone is safe, clear on their roles and responsibilities, and enjoy being part of our team.
We have an ambitious strategic plan and are on a journey to be the best we can be, so the person in this role will be instrumental in leading improvements to our front of house operations, including our hospitality offerings, and will contribute to creating a magical atmosphere for people visiting our theatre.

This is a full-time role, and due to the nature of the role, some weekend and evening work will be required.
