Validation Specialist

Scitex Recruitment is a leading recruitment firm dedicated to connecting top talent with outstanding opportunities. We are currently partnering with a client in the nutraceutical manufacturing industry, specializing in dietary products, to find an experienced Validation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement validation protocols, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ). Lead validation activities for new and existing equipment, processes, and software systems. Upskill the quality team in validation processes.  Review validation testing and analysis to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Enhance validation plans, reports, and standard operating procedures. About You: Proven experience in validation within the food and pharmaceutical sectors, particularly with dietary products. Strong understanding of validation protocols and industry regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
