Full timeAs a UX designer for Hatch you'll have a well-rounded set of core design skills, from understanding user needs to wireframes to prototypes usable enough for testing and research. You will strive to develop the skills and ability to distil needs and desired outcomes into delightful user experiences.This role plays a critical role as we look to scale and grow our business, platform and design knowledge.Like most roles at Hatch, this is highly collaborative, with the success of Hatch being the primary driver for all decisions. You will be joined at the hip with our product managers working side by side with our engineering, customer success, business development and growth teams to ensure we have consistency across our digital channels and product experiences.To be a successful UX designer for Hatch, you will have deep context of the product, competition, and design and rationalise our foundational systems.
