You will use your previous skills and experience to lead a team and work on their development to help drive success. This role involves collaborating closely with business units and stakeholders, identifying key risks and opportunities to optimise production.The main responsibilities of this role include:Ensuring safety of the Utilities OperationLeadership of a high-performance team of Operators working 24/7Asset integrity and legislative compliance of the Utility systemsSupply utilities such as 40Bar steam, Water and Waste Water, Packing Gasses, Electricity (11KV), Chilled Water and other utilitiesPlanning of maintenance of Utilities systemsOptimisation of the efficient operation of the Utility SystemsSkills And ExperienceTo be considered for this role will require:Computer & CMMS experienceExperience monitoring & fault finding of process control systemsExperience in food manufacturing environmentReactive/diagnostics engineering skillsProven ability in general engineering & maintenanceNZ ENCHEM Level 5 – desirable (Level 4 minimum) but training will be givenNZ Trade Certs or equivalentWhat's next?
