Urgent Care Nurse - Team Medical at Kapiti Limited

Are you an experienced registered nurse with a passion for urgent care? Do you have experience in an accident and medical environment? If so, we want to hear from you! We are looking for an Urgent Care Nurse to join our kaimahi at Team Medical.

Part time - 20 hours rostered over 7 days - Monday to Sunday.
Conveniently located on the Kapiti Coast! Team Medical is a locally owned practice working in association with Green Cross Health.

We are an integrated family health centre passionately providing a full range of GP Care to our enrolled patients and Urgent Care for accidents and urgent medical needs to our community. As a key health hub to the Kapiti Coast our GP services typically operate Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. Our Urgent Care services operate 7 days a week from 8am - 10pm. We also offer full X-Ray facilities on site.

About the Position and You:
We have an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to join our Urgent Care kaimahi. We are looking for someone who can bring clinical excellence and a passion for outrageously good customer service. If you want to be part of a team that really does make a difference to patients, then this role is for you and you should join our whanau mahi.
This is a 20 hour per week rostered role worked over 7 days - Monday to Sunday
Key attributes include:

Clinical experience and passion for urgent care
Great communication skills at all levels with patients, their whanau and your whanau mahi colleagues
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Commitment to honouring Tiriti o Waitangi in delivery of healthcare
Commitment to the principles and practices of health equity
Good computer literacy - MedTech / Evolution experience preferred
You must be registered with current practicing and appropriate CPR certificates.
