We're looking for Urgent Care trained doctors or doctors with equivalent experience to join our highly skilled, vibrant team in Porirua at the Kenepuru Accident and Medical Clinic based at Kenepuru Hospital.
The clinic sees approximately 36,000 patients per annum and services the population of the Porirua basin.
It is staffed by Capital & Coast District Health Board employed nurses and administrative staff.
The service is an RNZCUC accredited clinic, employs Urgent Care Physicians, and contracts with independent medical staff as well as linking with local GPs to cover the roster.
We are looking for people who can demonstrate the following skills/experience on their application: Registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand (MCNZ) Urgent Care Physicians / Trainees ED Physicians / Trainees GP confident in Urgent Care Ability to work independently Ability to set and maintain consistently high standards of medical care Relevant training and experience E pa ana ki a tatou – About us Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley district is located centrally in Wellington and has over 6,000 full-time equivalent staff, making us one of the major employers in the Wellington region.
