Key Responsibilities: Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with clients to support their recovery journey.Conduct thorough assessments to identify unique client needs and challenges.Apply advanced clinical skills to develop treatment plans and deliver both individual and group interventions.Collaborate closely with the Clinical Manager to provide mentorship and guidance to team members.Adapt to working from various locations, including Wellington CBD and Kapiti, as needed. What We're Looking For: Strong ability to connect with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.Excellent oral and written communication skills, alongside solid computer literacy.Commitment to incorporating the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and Te Ao Maori in service delivery.Demonstrated experience in individual and group interventions.Innovative mindset and creativity to address the unique challenges faced by clients.Capability to work independently as well as part of a team, with effective leadership skills.
