Mel | Online Counsellor & Couples Therapist Counselling Tauranga --- Currently I only offer online counselling --- In life we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons.
I am a counsellor who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where people can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.
I am also passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves and overcoming any obstacles that may stand in the way of that.
I also consider it an honour to walk alongside people and help them find answers and direction for themselves and their lives.

I am married to my husband of 21 years and have one son and three grandchildren.
As well as raising my son, I have had a varied career in management and sales before pursuing my lifelong dream of becoming a counsellor.
I enjoy reading good books, watching movies, keeping active, spending time with friends and family, eating out and walking in nature.

Qualifications and registrations Bachelor of Counselling Degree (with distinction) Post graduate Certificate in Responding to Trauma (completing) I am also registered with Gumboot Friday (I Am Hope) who provide two free sessions for under 25 yr olds.
