Trust Account Administrator

We are currently seeking a Trust Account Administrator to join our friendly team in Pukekohe.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the trust accounts are accurate, balanced and compliant every day.
Your responsibilities will include: Daily processing, balance and reconciling of the trust account Month end reconciliations Management of our IBD accounts Debtor management Assisting partners and staff with statements and queries You will also be responsible for ensuring we are compliant with AML requirements and any other general administrative needs.
What We're Looking For: The successful candidate will have: Solid New Zealand based accounts experience Prior experience in Trust Accounting is an advantage Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry skills Experience with accounting software (Law Office experience would be an advantage) Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information What we offer: Collaborative and dynamic work environment Flexible working hours by arrangement Application Process: If you think you may be a good fit for us, please apply or send your CV and a covering letter to by Friday 18 October 2024.
