This role is pivotal in establishing and embedding sound risk management practices across these specialist teams, providing expert guidance, and ensuring regulatory obligations are met.As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with senior leaders and specialist teams to:Develop and implement robust operational risk and compliance strategiesIdentify risks, ensure effective controls are in place, and drive risk minimizationOversee regulatory changes, risk transformation initiatives, and accreditation processesProvide clear, compelling risk profiles and deliver insightful risk reportingThis is us.
