Travel & Expense (Corporate Card Management) OfficerThis role is responsible for the governance and management of the P2P (Purchase to Pay) Corporate Card and Travel portfolio, ensuring all processes are established, compliant and operate effectively across Australia and/or New Zealand. The role will support the Manager in the delivery of an effective and efficient P2P Operations model that supports the group's planned growth strategy, whilst meeting the needs of Customers and key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Creating and updating travel and expense user profilesResolving travel and credit card related issues raised through Downer's Service Now PortalReconciling credit card statement against Expense Management System dataReconciling and managing personal use of corporate card repaymentPreparing weekly and monthly reportsManaging credit card clearing accountAccurate management & maintenance of Employee profile in Travel and Expense Management platform/sAccurate management & maintenance of Corporate CardsWork collaboratively with other Downer colleaguesProvide functional and strategic support to operational management, including providing adequate information and reporting as required to business stakeholders.About You:JDE/SAP/Concur or similar ERP as a user (1+ years – advantageous, not essential)Good Excel skillsData entry experience (preferred)Stakeholder management exposureHigh volume data entry environment, preferred Share Services (not essential)Education/qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or Business.
