About Us:
Tahuna Queenstown isite Visitor Information Centre is Queenstown's only official visitor information centre and part of the nationwide Tourism New Zealand and Government approved isite Network. It is one of over 50 nationwide isites to give visitors unbiased travel advice, forward itinerary planning, activities bookings and transport in Queenstown and around New Zealand.
About the Role:
As a Travel Consultant at Queenstown isite, you'll have the unique opportunity to be the face of adventure in one of the world's most stunning destinations. Your role will involve helping travelers plan their dream vacations, booking accommodations, activities, and more, all while providing top-notch customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
Booking travel, accommodations, and activities for both locals and visitors, working closely with tourism operators.
Crafting personalized itineraries and travel documents for individual travelers and groups.
Collaborating with our team to ensure every customer receives top-notch, efficient, and accurate service.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge through regular training.
Striving to meet team and individual sales targets while enjoying incentives for your hard work.
