Position Overview:
Are you motivated, passionate about customer service and ready to take on a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment? This role involves both phone and in-person interactions with customers, as well as hands-on work in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with equipment selection and rental processes
Manage inventory and perform regular equipment checks
Conduct heavy lifting and warehouse duties as needed
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Skills and Experience:
Valid driver's license and able to operate a manual transmission vehicle
Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanour
Able to lift heavy equipment
Previous experience in a warehouse or rental environment would be a bonus
Can work independently and as part of a team
