Our Technical Services division can process hazardous, medical and liquid waste safely with full compliance to government and council laws and by-laws governing waste disposal of these products.Job DescriptionAre you looking for a career opportunity where you can demonstrate your commitment to safety, excellent customer service, sustainability, and innovation?We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Supervisor to join our Technical Services team based in Wellington.Reporting to the Regional Manager, the focus of this role will be to manage the productivity and safety performance of the transport fleet.Key Responsibilities:Leading a team of drivers.Coordinating drivers to ensure customer expectations are met.Regularly reviewing routes.Liaising with the workshop suppliers on planned maintenance.Communicating with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Despatch and Customer Service to ensure that any issues are identified and solved quickly.QualificationsAbout You:Critical to your success will be your demonstrated leadership experience in managing people. With high-quality standards and strong time management skills, you will be a safety and transport-focused individual who is able to lead, influence, and engage others to foster a positive continuous improvement culture.
