Extensive expertise in transportation engineering principles and processes, especially in areas like sealed and unsealed roads, bridges, and street lighting.Technical and Legislative Knowledge: Strong ability to interpret and apply transportation-related legislation and national policies. Ensure projects align with local and national standards while contributing to strategic and operational plans.Collaborative and Leadership Skills: A capable leader who can effectively work across teams and sectors. Communicate technical information clearly, influence stakeholders, and lead initiatives that support Council's strategic objectives.Problem-Solving and Innovation: An innovative thinker who can address transportation challenges through creative, sustainable solutions.
