We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Demi Chef with expertise in both Asian and western cuisine to play a key role in our kitchen in Queenstown, New Zealand. You will be responsible all aspects of food preparation and kitchen operations, ensuring high standard and quality.

This offer is applicable to candidates who are available to travel to New Zealand on short notice.Job Descriptions :  Plan, prepare, and cook dishes while ensuring compliance with established recipes and technique.Manage all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food purchasing, inventory control, and quality control.Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.Develop and implement new menu items and recipes.Job Requirements : Malaysian Citizen (Age min of 21 years old - 45 years old)Diploma or certification in a food-related field (e.g., culinary arts, hospitality management) or any equivalent.Minimum 2 years of experience workingExcellent organizational and time management skills.A passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional services.
