We are looking for a positive person with the temperament and ability to take on one of the most challenging jobs in the company.
The transport department is looking for additions to the team who will coordinate the bus operations to and from our ski fields in Queenstown.

About the role

Data entry of departmental passenger and fleet records daily.
Assist with managing the daily run sheets and communicating this to the wider team.
Prepare newsletters, emails, reports, presentations, manuals etc. as directed.
Manage the uniform and radio allocation, return and repair.
Assist the Team Leaders with managing levels of fatigue throughout the team.
Prepare, coordinate, and minute meetings for the Transport Manager.
Assist with the management of transport queues when busy.
Provide accurate and genuine information to all stakeholders.
Identification and reporting of hazards to the leadership team.
Take responsibility of all equipment and uniform that is allocated to them.
Additional responsibilities in this role include daily operational administrative support for the department as well as being flexible enough to lend a hand, wherever it is required.
About You
A strong administrative background (ideally in the transport industry) including excellent keyboard skills, a professional phone manner and exceptional organisational ability.
Experienced in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
The ability to engage and build a rapport with guests and staff quickly.
Proven experience in working autonomously along with sound decision-making skills.
Any other transport or customer experience would be considered an advantage.
At least 2 years administrative experience with a proven commitment to accurate reporting
Willingness and flexibility to assist in other areas of the department as required.
