It requires collaboration across IAG, building strong relationships with senior executives, and driving transformation and optimisation.Your key responsibilities include working with NZ stakeholders to define EP portfolio scope, develop a prioritised roadmap and aligning projects with strategic objectives. These are key inputs into managing governance and reporting and supporting overall operating rhythms. Key areas of focus will be to grow risk maturity, drive investment efficiency and outcome-based benefits.This is a permanent full-time position, and you can be based anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand.Ou Pukenga | About YouTo be successful in the role, you'll ideally have:Significant experience in planning, portfolio, and/or program management.Demonstrated experience and track record in leading large-scale, multi-dimensional, multi-year, complex, and high-profile change agendas.Experience in shaping and delivering complex solutions across products, channels, value chains, business, and technology.Experience in financial services, ideally General Insurance.Proficient in cost & benefit management, budgeting, and forecasting.Line management of program and project professionals.Proven effective senior executive stakeholder management and engagement (C-suite).Deep knowledge and understanding of program management tools and methodologies and their application in various scenarios (e.g., Scaled Agile, Scrum, Kanban).Tertiary qualified with relevant industry or specialism qualifications.Applications close Friday, 29 November 2024 at 11:59 pm.Mo Matou | About UsIAG is the largest general insurance group in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia.
