This position ensures alignment with the strategic objectives, focuses on enterprise-wide change, delivers measurable value and embeds innovation and architecture alignment. It elevates the focus from process improvements to transformation, business-critical initiatives, creating the capacity and structure required for sustainable growth and success.Key responsibilities for the role include:Strategic AlignmentEnsure all business initiatives align with the overall Business Improvements (BI) transformation strategy, providing a cohesive and unified approach to achieving BI objectives and goals.Ensure agility and evolution through delivery, allowing initiatives and changes to be prioritised in line with business need and market conditions.Roadmap ExecutionDeliver tactical, enablement and strategic activities aligned with the strategic roadmap, ensuring smooth implementation of Salesforce, the core broking system, and digital optimization.Manage and sequence enterprise-wide changes to maximize adoption of new systems, processes, and tools while minimising change fatigue and barriers.Stakeholder CollaborationFoster a culture of collaboration, both at an initiative and enterprise level, to enable two-way communication and transparency.Program Oversight and Risk ManagementOversee the delivery and adherence to timelines, budgets, and priorities. Identify, escalate, and address risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment with the PACE delivery framework and best practice.Value DeliveryEnsure measurable, quantifiable, and qualifiable business improvements, delivering ROI and aligning outcomes to the BI strategic objectives.Lead and motivate the delivery team, including project and change managers, to excel in performance and exceed project targets.Foster continuous learning and coaching while setting an example of professionalism and quality.Lead the Ways of Working Coaches ensuring training and support is available as required.Innovation and Architecture AlignmentChampion adaptability and innovation while ensuring alignment between delivery and business architecture.
