Facility Manager – Mount Albert Aquatic Centre Make a splash as the Facility Manager at Mount Albert Aquatic Centre! We're on the lookout for a dynamic leader to dive into the role, building relationships, boosting utilisation, and getting our community amped up and active! The role will commence 1st April 2025.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, community groups, iwi, Auckland Council and the Albert-Eden Local Board.
Increase utilisation and design exciting programmes tailored to specific communities.
Foster exceptional customer and staff relationships, ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience.
Ensure good compliance with policies, procedures, and contractual requirements, maintaining a professional and smooth operation.
Skillfully manage risks and promote a safety-first culture, creating a worry-free environment for all.
Handle administrative tasks, from planning and budgeting to staff management and organisation.
Assist with Swim School, Customer Service, or Lifeguarding as needed, showing your team spirit.
Hours:
This isn't your typical 9-to-5 job! You'll enjoy the flexibility of full-time hours (40 per week) that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
