Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology)The Transformation Coach role is focused on building this Centre of Excellence so that the Enterprise continues to have access to thought leadership on frameworks, practices, and industry benchmarking for continuous improvement activities.The Transformation Coach will be facilitating business-led planning, conducting analysis and planning of continuous improvement activities, providing support for strategy design, facilitating visibility of strategic alignment, and ongoing support to the business units on strategic execution, change, and ideation facilitation. Additionally, the role supports delivery practices and capability uplift programs, and provides support to BUs around business casing and road mapping.The Transformation Coach will have a toolkit built up from a variety of practices across a range of toolkits such as Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall, Change Management, Operational Excellence, and Business Performance.
