As Transformation Business Analyst Manager, you are responsible for the successful management, leadership, and strategic development of your team of Business Analysts. You will form strong relationships and work closely with key internal stakeholders, operational and executive management, as well as external business partners, to create the conditions for successful project delivery. Key to this role is developing and sustaining a high-performance culture, combined with strategic workforce planning and BA practice development to ensure we have the people and skills in place to achieve all delivery objectives and deliverables.
What You'll Be Doing
Your days will be varied with plenty to do, but key activities will include:
Recruit, develop and guide Business Analyst talent, ensuring team members have the right knowledge, skills, and capabilities and support development through regular coaching and feedback.
Creating a vibrant and high-performance delivery culture within the organisation, where team members have freedom and safety to innovate, experiment, and learn from failure.
Collaborate closely with Transformation Delivery Leads to understand and forecast capability requirements and allocate team members to delivery teams in line with needs (strategic workforce planning).
Ownership and continuous advancement of our internal Business Analysis processes and practices to ensure they are fit for purpose for large-scale complex transformational change.
Thought leadership across internal and external Business Analysis communities.
Drive maturity uplift in business analysis practice across the organisation.

You will have:
Strong technical business analysis background and extensive experience in project delivery.
Sound knowledge of delivery and analysis methodologies.
Effective, empathetic, and inclusive leadership.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and findings to diverse audiences.
Ability to drive motivation for self and others around, with a strong sense of empathy, and an ability to build trust and consensus.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to formulate actionable strategies, set clear objectives, and design metrics to measure progress and success.
