TAA Logistics 2009 Ltd – Wiri, North Island
We have an opening for a Transport Accounts team member who has a proven background in working within the transport industry in an accounts type role. This is a permanent full-time role based in our Wiri Office working approximately 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable, reconciliation of supplier invoices for both weekly and month-end payment runs.
Accounts Receivable including weekly billing processes, auto rating & costing, reconciliation, and warehousing charges.
Work methodically and meticulously through the accounting processes.
Communicate effectively and contribute to the implementation of a new transport management system.
Work both within a team and autonomously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements:
Proficient in accounting processes and working with numbers.
Ability to communicate well and discuss viewpoints.
Reliable and honest team member.
