Reporting to the QHSE Manager, working as part of the Quality Assurance Team.
Qualifications & Experience Ability to deliver training to suit people's learning styles and requirements.
Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively.
Ability to plan, analyse and challenge.
Ability to manage a wide variety of activities at the same time.
A degree in a food-related subject would be useful, particularly when it comes to managing and delivering food industry-specific skills.
Other qualifications in business, psychology, adult learning, or human resources.
Relevant experience and skills within a particular area may also serve as an effective means of entry.
Tasks & Responsibilities Produce training materials and develop role-specific training plans and programs.
Ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable about food safety, hygiene, health & safety, induction, HR, company policies, and operational manufacturing procedures.
Develop training programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of training.
Manage training programs.
Secure suitable external training providers as required.
Deliver and evaluate these training programs across all VDFF employees within a 24/7 food manufacturing operation.
Manage and monitor all employee licenses and certifications.
Manage the training matrix, ensuring timely delivery of training.
