Qualifications & experience Ability to deliver training to suit peoples learning styles and requirements• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively Ability to plan, analyse and challenge Ability to manage wide variety of activities at the same time A degree in a food related subject would be useful, particularly when it comes to managing and delivering food industry specific skills. Other qualifications in business, psychology, adult learning or human resources. Relevant experience and skills within a particular area may also serve as an effective means of entry. Tasks & responsibilities This role is responsible for producing training materials,Developing role specific training plans and programs. This role ensures that all staff members are knowledgeable about food safety, hygiene, health & safety, induction, HR, company policies and operational manufacturing procedures. Develop training programs, Monitor effectiveness of training Management of training programs, Securing suitable external training providers as required. Delivering and evaluating these training programs across all VDFF employees within a 24/7 foodmanufacturing operation.
