We are excited to announce a newly created opportunity for a Training Administrator to facilitate training & competency processes across our Telco New Zealand business. The successful appointment will ensure suitable and seamless induction processes, manage bookings and refreshers whilst maintaining compliance across all training functions throughout the greater Telco NZ business.
Duties Include
Efficiently manage records to reflect accurate current information and accurately identify gaps in worker competency.
Track employee training plans effectively, liaising with managers across the business.
Collaborate with all departments to schedule inductions, refreshers, safety training and new training requirements in line with client and compliance requirements.
Liaise with training providers to coordinate bookings, ensure competitive pricing, administer training records and manage LMS records and matrixes.
Liaise with managers throughout the business to report on training compliance, attendance and facilitate booking processes accordingly.
Manage competency database and collate monthly data on course completion, budget, certificates and upcoming renewals.

Your strong coordination and communication skills are second to none. Ideally you will have experience supporting an RTO or internal training experience supporting businesses like ours with their training and capability needs. We encourage applications from those that hold the below:
Experience administering or coordinating training function internally or with a RTO.
Exposure to LMS or database management.
An ability to communicate effectively with individuals at varying levels with a positive attitude.
A high level of computer literacy and the willingness to learn new systems.
Strong administrative and time management skills coupled with the ability to be forward thinking and plan ahead.
Ability to operate in a busy and changing environment, showing sound judgement and a professional approach.
Proven experience in a role requiring high attention to detail.
