Key Purpose of Role: This role is to support the Marketing Specialist at Thundergrid with design projects.
They will play a key role in supporting the rebranding of business materials and the redesign of on website files as the initial priority and build other digital assets to align with the company's visual identity.
As the organisation expands its operations into the Australian market, this role will also assist with the development of new offerings in the residential sector and heavy transport industry as part of the short-term strategic growth plan.
Areas of Responsibility:Support and DeliverySupporting with the designing of files, adapting to the new branding and creating completely new marketing and communications material needed to deliver Thundergrid's annual marketing plan.Working alongside the Marketing Manager to ensure that all marketing material is fit for purpose.Collaborate with the marketing team to update and design various business materials, ensuring consistency with new brand guidelines.Support the development of marketing delivery for both digital and print, utilising design software such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop, Acrobat Pro.Assist with the creation of visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and other internal documents.Maintain a strong focus on customer service, effective communication, and attention to detail to meet the needs of the organisation and external stakeholders.Workplace Health & safetyPerform tasks in a safe manner to prevent damage to products or injury to self or others.Reporting of any health and safety and environmental accidents/ incidents/ near misses or hazards.Corporate CitizenshipManage Energy Better: Consciously drive for continuous improvement in reusing, recycling or reducing wasteMaintain awareness of identified and potential health and safety, quality and environmental aspects within the workplace and their impact, including the reporting of any accidents/incidents/near misses or hazards Act responsibly to meet the objectives/requirements at the appropriate level as described in the Health, Safety and Integrated Management Systems.
ExperienceProfessional Experience [?]
Desired Education/Experience:Bachelor of Design graduate or are at university studying Design and Visual Communications (ideally 2nd/3rd year at university) is preferred.Experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, Acrobat Pro is desirable.Competent computer literacy.Ability to work in a team and independently.
Good written and oral communication skills.
