As a Train Service Coordinator, you'll be the heartbeat of our train operations, ensuring the entire network runs smoothly. No day is ever the same. You'll oversee real-time train movements, manage unexpected time critical incidents, and coordinate with various teams to maintain seamless service to the people of Wellington. Oversee the network to detect and respond to network disruptions in real-time.

Coordinate daily crewing to ensure the right crew are assigned to the right trains.

Authorize train departures at stations to ensure safe and timely journeys.

Assist with the management of buses at Wellington station.
