Mo te tima | About the team
At DOC, we are building our capability within our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). The team are the custodians of the project management frameworks, project management tool and manage the assurance of key documentation for projects and programmes. We have a significant number of projects and programmes underway at any one time across digital, business change, infrastructure and property projects.

The Programme Coordinator role will be crucial in supporting the planning, execution, and management of a variety of programmes. You will support Programme Managers and stakeholders in designing and developing programmes, as well as validating and verifying them, and monitoring progress to ensure that milestones and targets are met.
Some of the responsibilities include:
Assist in the development and implementation of key programmes of work.
Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, to ensure alignment and address any issues.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates.
Analyse data and provide insights to improve programme effectiveness.

You will be an experienced Programme Coordinator with excellent organisational skills, a sharp eye for detail, and strong communication abilities to effectively engage with a variety of stakeholders. Your maturity and resilience to remain calm and focused when the workload is high means you can adapt to changing work priorities and deliver our work.
If you have some of the following, we are keen to hear from you:
Proven experience in programme coordination roles within the property sector is a must.
An excellent knowledge and understanding of Programme and Project Management methodologies.
Demonstrated excellence at planning and organising work and resources over a programme of work to meet negotiated timeframes.
Ability to work positively and collaboratively with stakeholders, colleagues and team members.
Be able to prepare documentation for a range of audiences, understanding appropriate levels of detail and identifying sensitivities (and managing accordingly).
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, MS Project and PowerPoint.
