About the role

Strong adherence to and delivery of our vision and values.
Responsible for leading a trading team, managing implementation and purchasing of media plans across client portfolio to meet the brief and objectives.
Understands and meets / exceeds client KPI's.
The negotiation and purchase of media space including TV buying at competitive rates.
Thorough understanding, implementation and management of OMNet for client portfolio.
Ongoing engagement with the media market / media owners to ensure you and the team are well informed of new to market developments, audience trends, spend trends and market predictions.
Effective contribution to the broader agency through active participation in agency initiatives.
Significant TV Trading experience including leading and coaching junior team members.
Experience on working with audited clients.
Good communication skills and able to work across multiple client portfolios.
The ability to deliver against processes and attention to detail.
Ability to maximise opportunities and contribute to or develop business strategies.
Ability to understand and account for multiple stakeholders and their issues.
Confident negotiator at a senior level.
